Patricia Ochs

Patricia Ochs serves as  Special Assistant to the CEO and Program Coordinator at Rodel Institute, where she helps coordinate the Congressional Leadership Fellowship program that brings together current Members of the U.S. House of Representatives from across the aisle to engage in thoughtful dialogue, build lasting relationships, and deepen their commitment to ethical leadership and public service.

In addition to being a Program Coordinator, she also provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO.

Before joining Rodel, Patricia worked at the U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress, where she managed the national and international civic education program, Congress to Campus. She collaborated with universities, civic organizations, and former Members of Congress to create meaningful opportunities for students and community leaders to engage directly with experienced public servants. Her work contributed to expanding the program’s reach and strengthening partnerships dedicated to advancing civic learning and leadership development.

Patricia graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Strategic Leadership from Mount Mercy University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Coe College. A veteran of the United States Air Force Reserves, she brings a service-driven perspective to her work in the nonprofit sector. She is also active in her community through nonprofit and advisory roles, reflecting her commitment to service beyond her professional work. 

She is a proud native of Iowa and devoted mother to two spirited daughters, Sophia and Mia.
